Halogen vs. LED is a review of Video lighting systems for under water cameras. The systems were tested in November 2008 at Bituon Beach Resort of the philippin island Bohol. Camera: Sony HC1 with Sealux Housing. Lighting system: 2x Hartenberger mega Compact in Video housing and 1x RingLED 36W from WERNER light power.
